Stewardship of the gift
Sherry is an impressionistic painter whose work moves between the intimate and the eternal. Based in the American South, her foundation comes from NC State University's College of Design, where she studied Environmental Design and Graphics—a rigorous education that quietly shapes every composition.
By day, she leads a creative agency as a Senior Director of Communications. The canvas is where she exhales. For Sherry, painting is a discipline of genuine peace and a place of stewardship. She believes her gifts are God-given and paints with the intention of honoring the Giver of all things.
I don't pick up a brush to produce something. I pick it up because there's a verse, a story, or a moment in nature that won't leave me alone until I do.
